We loved the hotel's location, which was within walking distance to historical sights and delicious restaurants. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cannot find any fault. This city was a great place to visit!

Spent my Christmas holidays in a hotel near a beautiful historical castle. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that there were many cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The best aspect of my stay was the hotel's hot water supply, which was always good and made my showers perfect.

I couldn't enjoy my entire stay due to the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in the room. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, it had a stale smoke odour. It was very disappointing to smell cigarette smoke from other rooms on the same floor and in the hallway to the elevator. The carpets leading to the lifts were pretty old and looked dirty. This didn't give a good impression, and the hotel overall looked shabby.

Rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Breakfast is a satisfying mix of Western and local cuisine. the hotel also offers useful facilities such as humidifiers/air purifiers in the room.

Some rooms retain a stale smoke odor and could benefit from better ventilation.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. The stained carpets and furniture added to the unpleasant atmosphere.
